De-stress with Community Style acupuncture! This is a low cost alternative to individual acupuncture sessions. All participants are seated in comfortable chairs and receive the same acupuncture protocol on the ears only. There is no need to disrobe. This treatment is based on the N.A.D.A (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) protocol of five tiny needles in each ear. This simple intervention is highly effective at resetting a person’s nervous system and has been used by Acupuncturists Without Borders to treat Post Traumatic Stress (P.T.S.D). This treatment can help with sleep issues, reduces stress and anxiety and provides an overall sense of well-being.
