Reduce Stress and Anxiety with Meditation & Imagery

Stones pyramid on sand symbolizing zen, harmony, balanceThis workshop series will teach you meditation tools for letting go, and finding greater peace and serenity.  We borrow from the Taoist tradition, Buddhist and other traditions.  Regular practice can result in:

  • Reduced  fear, anxiety and worry
  • Less mental chatter
  • A greater clarity of one’s sense of purpose and direction

We will practice the meditation and imagery methods in the group and have an opportunity for sharing your experience in a safe nurturing environment.

(Please park on Arrandale Ave and walk to the cottage at the  end of driveway)

          WHEN:   7:30 to 8:45 p.m.

  Wednesdays February 22nd, March 1st, March 8th 2017

FEE:    $65 total for all three, or $25 per class, payable the day of the class
