We‘ll experience the strength of the bear, the ferocity of the tiger, the suppleness of the deer, the agility of the monkey, and the elusiveness of the crane. This ancient exercise is attributed to Hua To, a famous Chinese physician from the Han Dynasty (3rd century A.D.). Marie learned this practice from MasterJeffrey Yuen, an 88th generation Taoist Priest Marie has been studying with for over 16 years.
