INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION

Come and experience what it’s like to be a human BEING rather than a human DOING! In this workshop, we will discuss what mediation is (and is not) and gently guide you through a meditation experience using a three-part process: progressive relaxation, focusing on the breath, and life- supporting affirmations. Learn tools to let go of the stresses of daily living and live from a center of greater stillness, self- acceptance and peace.

WHEN: Tuesday May 3rd, 10th and 17th from 1:30-3:00 pm
              Wednesday May 4th, 11th and 18th from 7:30 pm to 9 pm
