Health and Lifestyle Counseling

Our daily habits have a major impact on our health. The choices we make every day either support the benefit from acupuncture treatments or interfere with our progress. These factors include exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress management.  The ancient Chinese recorded the energetic properties of foods as early as 2,000 years ago. What we eat, how we cook our food and the manner in which we eat it (are we relaxed or do we eat on the go?) all affect our bodies in important ways. Marie draws from her  studies of Chinese dietary medicine, her study of Qi Gong, meditation and yoga to help you move forward in meeting your health goals. Through her own personal development,  Upledger’s SomatoEmotional Release (SER)  and Noah’s Ark training  (see Marie’s Resume),  Marie has the capacity to hold the space with sensitivity to the emotional dimension of healing.
